1. Use of the Site

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or make purchases.

• You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Products & Services

• We specialize in custom-made awards, prototypes, and design pieces.

• Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, variations may occur due to material properties and production methods. These are products made of natural materials, meaning that perfectly identical end results are impossible.

• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products and services without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• At this time, orders cannot be made through the site. To order, please reach out to our team and we will provide a consultation. You will be contracts and invoices will not be distributed through the site.

• Prices are displayed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

• Payments must be made in accordance to the payment terms agreed to in invoices. Payment can be made via cheque, ACH, or credit card links set via the site.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• At this time orders can only be placed for Calgary, AB and the surrounding localities unless agreed to in contract. Delivery will be made directly by members of our team.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise specified.

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photo documentation so we can review and provide a resolution (replacement or partial refund, at our discretion).

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site, including designs, text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to CarbonStone Designs Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarbonStone Designs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or products.

• Our liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarbonStone Designs, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
