3D Printing
We take our drawings and renders and turn them to life using 3D printing. This innovative technology enables rapid prototyping and adjustments before the final product is manufactured.
Iterative Design
To ensure a perfect vision, we meticulously go back and forth in the design process, crafting ideal print that meets our high standards. Only once we achieve the perfect design do we move forward, guaranteeing excellence in every piece.
Moulding
Once we have created the perfect prototype, we take the exciting step of transforming it into a tangible product. The initial phase of this process involves carefully casting prototype in silicone, ensuring that every detail is accurately replicated for optimal performance.
Casting
Once we have the silicone mould ready, we carefully fill it with a precise mixture of concrete and specialized additives to achieve our desired aesthetic. This process ensures that the final product not only looks stunning but also the durability and quality we strive for.
